This is the longest episode yet, and about something I’ve personally found real value in.
Whenever I have a stressful event to meet in my work (or life), I always fall back on meditation as the best preparation tool. I use it to manage anxiety around upcoming performances, and I’ve found my writing is better - or at least it leads me towards the writing I really want to be doing - when I’m meditating regularly too.
I made this piece to talk about my own experience with meditation, but also to dig into all the uses the many artists and creatives I’ve looked at over the years, have spoken of also.
